Membership Freeze Policies & Procedures

Memberships may be put on freeze for medical or military reasons only.  Proof must be provided by a Medical Doctors note or Military Activation papers.  In addition to the required documentation, members must submit the time period desired for the membership to be on freeze and their member number.  Members may scan and attach the necessary paperwork in a “Ticket” and submit that through this website by selecting “submit a ticket.”  Members may also submit their freeze request by certified mail to Gold’s Gym Support, P.O. Box 657, Appleton, WI 54912-0657.  Memberships approved for freeze are frozen from pay date to pay date, may only be frozen for 3 month increments and billing will resume without prior notification upon completion of the freeze.
